Browse through our catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. When you have made your selection, click on “checkout” You will then be asked to provide details so that we can process the order.
We try to process all orders, where possible, within 24 hours. Whilst most items will be despatched within one working day, please allow 3-5 working days for delivery within the UK.
We accept payment by PayPal, safe online payments that allow you to pay with your credit or debit card. We also accept payments over the phone.
Fixed charge carriage of £2.95 per order.
Free carriage on all orders over £85.00.
At Equipet, we want you to receive your purchase in the same great condition it left us. We use only virgin plastic for the packaging of our treats and predominantly new cardboard for parcels. We too buy online and can assure you NO ONE takes better care of your purchases. In the unlikely event that an item should arrive damaged due to our negligence, simply return the item and a replacement will be mailed out within one working day, free of any charge, after receiving the damaged item back.
Deliveries to UK Mainland
Deliveries will be charged at the fixed price indicated on our website, although we reserve the right to amend this value should courier costs significantly change.
We use a combination of couriers, namely Hermes, DPD, DHL, Royal Mail and Parcelforce as appropriate to the item size and weight.
Deliveries outside of the UK mainland (Inc. Northern Ireland)
Our website will only accept orders and payments for deliveries to the UK Mainland areas, including Northern Ireland.
Enquires for international delivery should be made via email to email@example.com and we will acknowledge your request and then respond with a quotation for carriage charges, normally within 48 hours. Orders can then be placed by telephone on 00447753787207. Payments can be made at that time or via PayPal.
We will not provide our bank details for bank transfers.
If you are not happy with your purchase, please return it to us within 7 days. We will make a refund, provided the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Please return the delivery note with the item and state the reason for the return.
Any returns are at your own risk. For your protection we recommend using a registered post/courier. You must pay for the return postage costs, except where the wrong item has been sent to you or the item is damaged. Where an item cannot, by its nature, be returned by post/courier (for example an Dogs Life jumbo crate)we charge a collection fee. We do not refund postage costs unless an item arrives damaged due to our negligence. Items lost or damaged in the post that have been packed correctly are usually insured, we will fill out any necessary claims forms at the post office/couriers on your behalf and liaise with the correct Postal service to achieve a satisfactory outcome. In the event that this becomes necessary please be aware a refund will be made as soon as we have clearance from the Royal mail/courier, this can take several weeks but we will endeavour to keep you informed of all developments as appropriate.
